For my Farm to Market course, my team partnered with Amaltheia Organic Dairy in Belgrade to analyze their business and develop a value-added product. I led graphic design, creating packaging and visual assets within brand guidelines to support clear market positioning and financial goals.
This design aligns Amaltheia with market competitors through approachable forms while differentiating itself with an unconventional palette and sustainability-driven brand values.

We interviewed staff, toured the facilities, and discovered substantial whey waste from the production of Chevre. Collaborating with our food scientist, we formulated and cooked a product that transformed the whey byproduct into a fiscally promising value-added item.
